I can't say enough good things about my experience! I took my car in for what I thought was going to be a major issue, something I was convinced would cost a fortune. What impressed me most was their honesty—there was no upselling or trying to convince me to replace parts that didn't need replacing. They even showed me the old parts they had replaced to explain what was wrong. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated that they had free coffee for customers while we waited. The overall atmosphere felt welcoming, not like a typical dingy auto shop. The pricing was very reasonable, too! I left feeling like I had found a true gem. The only thing I would suggest is that they could improve their online appointment system, which seems a bit outdated and could be more user-friendly. However, I was able to call in and get an appointment without any issues. I will definitely be returning for future maintenance and repairs. It's rare to find such a trustworthy auto repair service these days, and I feel lucky to have discovered this place!
